I’ve got your back!

A Life Coach is to your Therapist, what a Personal Trainer is to your Doctor. In other words, coaching is like having a “personal trainer” for your mind and soul.

Life Coaches ask powerful questions to help their clients clarify their deepest desires and move past obstacles in their life, relationships, work, and spiritual growth – so that they can begin to live their best lives. A Life Coach doesn’t give advice, nor “look down” on their client from a position of knowledge. Rather, they walk arm-in-arm with their client through the “jungle” of their client’s mind, using their special tools and training to help navigate the way to the “Gardens of Eden” while avoiding or eliminating any unwanted “creatures” along the way.

Coaching is no substitute for therapy and, just as you wouldn’t visit your personal trainer if you got sick, it is not for people with serious emotional problems. Coaching is about creating results, not dealing with crises.

Coaching is particularly helpful if you feel that something is missing or out of balance, but can’t put your finger on it; if you want to change your relationships; or if you simply want more joy in your life!

An excellent complement to coaching.

Pranic Healing® is a highly evolved and tested system of energy medicine that uses prana to balance, harmonize and transform the energy of your physical, emotional and mental bodies. It is a powerful complement to Life Coaching and is often an important tool for helping my clients move past deep or old emotional wounds.

My life’s purpose is to make our world a better place through all that I am and do.  My life’s goal is to be an instrument of peace, hope and healing in our world, and to fulfill my part in the work of the Divine Plan, through self-forgetful service, harmlessness and right speech. I strive daily to encourage group work amongst those people who also seek to aid the Great Ones, because we are stronger together. And I do all that I can to support fellow Pranic Healers in their work of transforming lives, by spreading the teachings of Grand Master Choa Kok Sui.

The Great Invocation

From the point of Light within the Mind of God
Let Light stream forth into the minds of every person and every being.
Let Light descend on Earth.

From the point of Love within the Heart of God
Let Love stream forth into the hearts of every person and every being.
Let Love descend on Earth. May the World Teacher return to Earth.

From the centre where the Will of God is known
Let purpose guide the little wills of every person and every being –
The purpose which the Holy Masters know and serve.
Let Goodwill and the Will to do good descend on Earth.

From the centre which we call the race of man
Let the Plan of Love and Light work out
And may it seal the door where evil dwells.

Let Light, Love and Power descend on Earth.
Let Light, Love and Power restore the Divine Plan on Earth.
So be it.

The Great Invocation is a world prayer translated into over 80 languages and dialects. It was given to Alice Bailey in April 1945 in a message for all people of goodwill.

The Meditation on Twin Hearts is a gift that was given to us by my teacher Master Choa Kok Sui, to improve the lives of every person and every being on earth. I am passionate about sharing this gift with others, by hosting free meditation sessions online and in my community.
